We have our own CAD program which enables us to custom draw each plan.  We are happy to sit down with you and design your dream house from scratch or we can work off an existing set of plans and make any changes that you would like.  All free of charge.  You won’t find any other builder who will do that.

In addition we have numerous plans already designed that we are happy to build for you.  Below are examples of what we have available.  Please note these plans are for information only.  We have full plans with all the measurements on site and will share them with you if you want to build with Redwood Custom Homes.

Or if you see a plan you like and have decided to go with another builder we will happily sell you a full set of plans for a reasonable price.
