Now that we have it trimmed it is probably time to introduce you to our next Spec House. It is a beautiful, and unique home located in the Hickory Hollow at Trail’s End subdivision about 1 miles North of Hwy 20 just on top of Keatonville Hill (about halfway between Claremore and Owasso). We have built 12 other houses in that subdivision (which is why this one is called #13).

It is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house with 2,997 square feet (2250 downstairs, 747 upstairs). It has a lovely arched ceiling in the living room with oak beams. Handmade, custom build kitchen cabinets. A huge pantry with a specialized door in the garage allowing you to drop your grocery items into the pantry right from your car. It will have granite counter tops and a gorgeous wood floor. We are installing a electric fireplace in the living room and a wood burning one on the backporch – perfect for entertaining.

We finished a custom house a few weeks ago and I thought I’d share some photos of it. I think it turned out really nice.

We have finished trimming our beautiful house at Hickory Hollow. Obviously they haven’t been painted yet, and are unfinished, but I think they turned out quite beautiful. The kitchen looks amazing. The beams in the living room turned out quite pretty and that is a huge amount of shelf space in the pantry.
